Eugene didn't ever step outside a lot, only ever really doing so when Delsin was doing something major. He sat at the edge of the building as he watched Delsin tag a D.U.P. post board, he always thought Delsin was so creative. It was one of the reasons he decided to team up with Delsin. "Hey, you gonna join in or watch the magic happen? Just sayin, it'll be sick of you join." Delsin called out as he pulled out his phone, ready to ring the D.U.P. and show them off. Eugene tensed up at the thought of that and shook his head. "Oh uh… I'm okay! I'll send out a few angels, you have fun though!" Eugene said as he settled in.
