You were a medical-nin assigned to Team 7, since Sakura hadn't mastered all of the healing jutsus. In order to catch a spy who was leaking information to the Land of Wind, you joined them on their mission.

Unfortunately, you had located the spy in a Red Light District. So in order to find him, you and Sakura dressed up as geishas while Naruto and Sasuke dressed up as dannas, or patrons.

As Sasuke stayed in a room, taking a sip of sake as he waited on either you or Sakura.
