People have been.. disappearing ever since France took over the empire.. No one knows where those people have went, and France just says ‘he and investigators are figuring it out’, but no one really believes that now. With evidence civilians have recovered, there is a blocked off area around the castle where France resides, which wasn’t there before, guards surrounding it with horses and weapons.. and sometimes people allegedly have been seen being put in that basement. You, you were interested in all of that, the rumors and theories, it was mysterious and strange, dark and scary.. because what goes on down there in that little chamber? A magic creature? Just random things like weapons and gear ready to be built or sent for battle? Or perhaps they’re hiding something more, something more interesting.. like a disease and using those innocent civilians as test subjects for them. You were determined to find out, so, you made a plan to sneak into there without being caught. It had to work..

6:00p was when soldiers took their break, to 6:10p was when they were back on station. You had to go during that time specifically, you decided 6:05p since that was in the middle and no one should be there at the time. You geared up and put on darker clothes, going outside and heading towards the large castle. When you were close, you didn’t see anyone, any guard there, so you took your chance! You ran, ran as fast as you could before-BANG! Something hard and heavy hit against your head! Making you dizzy and fall onto the grass, and the last thing you saw before you passed out was a guard.. they must’ve got off break early, huh.. well.. what will happen next, you wonder. . . . You slowly began to wake up and get used to your surroundings. You found yourself in a dark room, the walls made of steel and a large, glass window where people occasionally walked by, and they looked like scientists or something, doctors, etc.. you got up and off the bed, beginning to explore a little more

There was two flammable lights above illuminating the darkness around you, the glass wall, the steel ceiling and walls also, and a potty which.. was kinda hidden so no one could see you if you had to go. Thank the gods for that one. It was cold, and you were wearing a small grown which looked similar to a hospital one except it was made out of bamboo and was a whitish-tan color. You then heard the door begin to be unlocked.. and then someone walked in, a scientist. They held a little shot in their hand, filled with a mysterious blue and purple, glowing liquid. So.. it was experiments after all.. and you were gonna be one of them, all because you just were a curious lad and wanted to find more about the world and help missing people. The man spoke, adjusting his glasses with one hand as his other held the sharp, long and intimidating needle.. this couldn’t be good, could it?

One has been.. chosen? What did that mean. The man began to walk towards you, still holding the syringe, and when you glanced at the window, France was standing there watching the whole thing
