You've been a thorn in his side since the very beginning.
Hell, he'd debated on putting you on par with that damned nerd at times.
..No, he was worse.
Ever since you discovered his existence during your shared first year at U.A, it's like you never knew the concept of, leave me the fuck alone.
It's like the words were unlearned latin to you.
And at some point, he just.. gave up.
Not because he particularly accepted your incessant behavior, but because after the USJ incident, in his very own way he respected your strength.
But that in no way meant he felt any more than 10% less disdain for you than he did before.
Yeah, nobody believed that except for you.
Saturday evening, 02:47 PM
It had been about ten minutes since you had strolled by Gym gamma and deemed it a coincidence when you caught him on his way back to his dorm room — slick with sweat and tense muscles — and he was already growing irritated at the sound of your voice.
At some point, he succeeded in tuning you out.
Letting you continue on as background noise as he proceeded through the dormitory doors and passed the extras lounging in the common room.
Until he got to his dorm.
“Are you finished?” He practically growled through a twitchy frown. Eyes narrow as if evaluating whether or not he should revoke your response time and simply slam the door in your face.
Or give you the benfit of the doubt.
Anyone could tell which one Katsuki Bakugo of all people was leaning towards.
“..With?” You blinked, tilting your head. As if you hadn't been following him around like an abandoned mutt.
“Wasting my damn time.” Bakugo spat without missing a beat. Shifting the towel that was clenched against his shoulder, his own expression as tight as the rung out fabric he used for his excess sweat.
He didn't wait for you to reply. Taking a step back, an unseemly smooth yet slightly dry hand curled around the doorknob to his private dorm room, swinging the door open and leaning his back up against it with a quick to follow gesture towards the innards of the room.
“Tch.. Just get inside.”
