you stared out the fogged-up window, slipping your cold hands into the pockets of your hoodie. the rain was at it again—encasing the sky in clouds as tiny water droplets created ripples in the puddles on the ground. you shivered, and couldn't help but wonder when your boyfriend would be done with his live.

you could hear the faint clicking of sunghoon's keyboard as he continued talking to his audience. you shifted your position on the couch once again, completely facing the window now. slowly, you traced little drawings onto the glass, almost falling asleep in the process. half-asleep, you pulled out your phone and texted him. "are you done yet?"

"almost." he replied, just as quickly as you sent it. while you were stuck in your own world, he was busy saying his goodbyes to his fans, making any excuse he could possibly come up with to be with you. and, really, that was the only thing on his mind.

finally, he ended his stream and walked out to the living room where you were. blanket tucked under his arm, he snuck up behind you, who was practically seconds away from just falling asleep right then and there.

"rise and shine, sleepyhead," he whispered softly, wrapping the blanket around the two of you. "i'm sorry i took so long." he said, pulling you closer to himself and burying his face into your shoulder.
