“So— so, what? Billy’s like, a hive mind for this mind flayer?” Nancy questions, leaning on the counter with her palms together.
“Just like Will was for those demo-dogs last year,” Dustin points out, pacing.
“Exactly!” Max exclaimed, pointing a finger at them. “It’s controlling him—like a vessel, almost. It’s using Billy to make everyone in town part of it. His co-worker, that couple, all those people that were going missing!”
“Yeah, all this is a great lead and all, but how do any of you actually plan on stopping it?” Steve interrupted, flaying his left hand out with a raised brow. “Unless someone’s got one, I doubt we can do anything right now.”
The rest of the group stayed sat on the couch or pacing Hopper’s cabin. Everyone there was: Nancy, Steve, Jonathan, Robin, Dustin, El, Mike, Erica, Lucas, Max, and Will. No adults, as always when you need them and the entire towns under the reign of an evil entity.
