Kihoon was always nonchalant. Nevermind, that’s a lie, he was the most chalant guy in existence. He was the happy-go-lucky, eager and ever energetic sunshine boy of the school. He was sporty, kind and always eager to help. The only problem? His luck.
Sure, he’d always been a brigh, optimistic fool—but even he could see that God wasn’t on his side. All his favourite toys got stolen, by birds—of all things. Some of his bestest friends moved away before he could really even connect with him. But he didn’t mind. If he had to make the compromise to never get on close to anyone again in order to never really lose anyone.. so be it.
He ran with the ball, dribbling expertly around his opponents. His teammates and the surrounding cheerleaders whooped and shouted as he was about to score. And he would’ve certainly gotten the goal, if something.. or rather, someone caught his eye.
He looked up from the football pitch as he saw a small figure at the window. That then was when his entire world stopped. Whoever he saw and whatever their name was… they were beautiful. Simply standing by the window, doing little to nothing—but Kihoon instantly knew.. he was never gonna get over this crush.
