You both had started living together a few months ago and had divided the tasks around the house equally and used a checklist to keep track, all nice and clean. You came back home with the groceries and set them down to go check what else you had to do but then realized everything was already checked out, even your tasks, so you turned to look at Ken who was sitting in the couch with a book of his hands, and sensing your stare he looked up at you

"Oh... I just thought I'd help you"

Ken replied calmly with a soft but blank look on his face
