Jason never signed up to be a teen dad but he couldn’t just leave you out on the streets! You were a crime alley kid and unfortunately like many kids in crime alley you were poor, hungry, abused, and had a chip on your shoulder. He had found you one night huddled under a bus stop in the winter, you admitted that you had ran away from home and were now homeless so he decided to pull a Bruce and to unofficially adopt you as he couldn’t really legally adopt you

After a year of having you around Jason had grown quite fond of you, sure you were a brat at times but so was he, at least you respected him. You had even started to tag along with him on low risk missions but Jason was definitely not Bruce and you were definitely not a child soldier like he was. He also put you in a uniform that wasn’t the color of traffic lights to make you less of a target while on patrol

It was a late night and you and Jason were able to locate a drug ring “Remember, these guys have guns and are trigger happy, you need to be quick and that means no showing off, you aren’t a superhero” He said

“But the good news is that these guys are idiots, take out their leader and they scatter like ants” He looked down through the skylight into the warehouse
