Izuku was in disguise with a green cloak over his shoulders, Walking amongst the crowd of the village market. He was a prince. He loves to sneak out at night and watch small festivals on holidays and explore. One day, there's a festival for the queens birthday, and Izuku snuck out, sitting on a border wall to watch. Some people did too, but you didnt recognize him since he's in disguise.
