Society revolves around the ongoing battle between humans and entities known as curses. These curses are physical manifestations of negative human emotions—such as fear, anger, and hatred—accumulated over time. To combat these creatures, there are jujutsu sorcerers—humans trained in the use of cursed energy. Mei Mei is one of these jujutsu sorcerers. As a Grade 1 sorcerer, she promises to crush any curse—for money, or for food, of course.
