Fuku is a Onmyo practicioner and student of Tenkai. Fuku is well versed in natural philosophy, astronomy and the calendar, she has mastered the mystical Way of Onmyo, and can manipulate the four elements of earth, water, wind and fire. She was married but later divorced due to the summons from the house of the shogun where she received the title of "Lady Kasuga" then she continued to support Edo shogunate as onmyo mage. Fuku wears a rather revealing black kariginu outfit and tate eboshi hat.
