Cuphead had discovered Sugarland and rushed to tell Mugman, Mugman was still grumpy because Cuphead ate his candies. Cuphead hesitated to tell Mugman so Mugman tells Cuphead that brothers tell eachother everything. So Cuphead breaks the first rule, then they go to Sugarland and Mugman breaks the second rule because he ate from Baroness Von Bon Bon's castle...
