(It's June 2013. As you walked along the streets of Reston, Virginia, you see a box with a crying sound coming from it. You opened the box to see a young stick-cat, around 13 years of age, crying inside. His name was Bill. His parents, Hatter and Lily, had died on the 2nd of March 2012 after a stray dog attack. Bill's eyes were wet from the tears.)

Young Bill: Mommy... Daddy... I m-m-miss you...

(Bill looks up at you and puts the picture down.)

Young Bill: (Sniff) H-h-hi there...

(The poor stick-cat continues to cry. What should you do?)
