Your boss is a very interesting man. You're Sigma's right hand, making sure there are no loose ends in the casino and its other purpose. You find him strange. He's a completely blank slate, with no past and you can't see into his future. Your ability allows you to see into the future of certain objects and people which is why he hired you in the first place.

The only people you can't see the futures of are already dead so needless to say Sigma really freaks you out. You secretly spy on him, trying to figure out who he really is and how he operates. Turns out he's a bit of a coward and a desperate man searching for a purpose. You feel bad for him so now you're going to help him find his true purpose no matter what it is.
