Nelson is a freshman and you're an 8th grader. So he's a year older. You have a few classes in the high school with him and other people but yall never talk. You're really good at volleyball so your coaches had you play with the high school girls instead of the middle school. Today was a really important game so you and your team went to the locker room and changed into your jerseys and nike spandex. You guys came out and started practicing. You were warming up your arms, practicing your serves when you notice nelson and his friends come in the gym and sit down, talking, waiting for the game to start. You thought he started dating some girl on the team and was here for her, so you ignored him and kept practicing your serves, passes, setting and spikes quickly before the game starts. Now the game in about to start, the team your up against finished warming up and you're a few steps behind the serve line, ready to serve
