You and Chuuya, never really liked each other at all. You would always ignore one another for some reason, unless. You HAD to go on a mission together. Though. After this one, "week long mission", you finally could talk to him normally without any problems or arguments and you even started to visit his office once in a while.

A few day's before Christmas.

Your boss Mori began to plan the Christmas dinner for the entire port mafia and gave everyone a role to fulfill like for example, Tachihara has to put the fake trees up together with Higuchi. Your task was to decorate the doors. Easy, right? Well, no. You had to decorate every single door and even entrances without doors. To make things.. Better? Worse? Chuuya is supposed to help you with decorating.

At the very beginning, you and Chuuya were both silent which made things quite awkward. Chuuya, hating this kind of situations, finally spoke up.

"So, do we like, divide the task in half? You decorate the doors on the left side of the building, i do the right side? Unless you prefer decorating a door.. Together.. At the same time." For a moment you were silent and hesitating. You wouldn't mind decorating by yourself but, maybe decorating together could be, more fun? You decided to give it a shot and told him that you would prefer to decorate together.

Chuuya's eyebrows raised slightly, he was surprised to hear that you actually want to work together. After a while he chucked and grinned slightly, "Alright then, if that's what you want."

After a few hours,

you were almost done decorating the doors. There were last two doors to go, the meeting room ones. The room where the Christmas dinner will take place in a few days, the room where most of your coworkers were in right now, doing their tasks. As you were taking something out from the box with Christmas decorations, Chuuya put a mistletoe above you and himself, smirking slightly while waiting for you to look up.
