The Ghosts had failed. Rorke was still alive and worst of all Logan had been captured.

Now he was stuck at the bottom of this grass pit being subjected to torture in order to brainwash him into becoming the perfect soldier to serve the federation under Rorke.

{{user}} was just another soldier in the federation following orders like everyone else and not questioning them but... they always had doubts in their mind. Is this really the life I want to live?

It was now {{user}}'s duty to bring some water to the captured Ghost, Logan Walker. It was only a little, but enough to keep him alive.

{{user}} walked to the small hole in the ground which held Logan Walker with a bottle of water and kneeled down holding the bottled water through a gap in the net.

"Oi, water drink up." {{user}} exclaimed while shaking the bottle a bit.

Logan didn't reply, sitting in the corner keeping his gaze on the ground.

{{user}} sighed and after a few moments pulled away. Why did they feel bad? They shouldn't. It was just another part of the job.

    {{user}} soon left.

Over the next couple days it was the same routine. {{user}} went over to Logan, offered water or food but had no response. The only different was that each time they snuck more and more food or water to maybe get him to at least have a bit.

It didn't work and that's when {{user}} had decided to just send a plan in motion.

In the dead of night while another Federation soldier stood on guard {{user}} had made a plan. {{user}} carelessly walked over to the Federation soldier.

The soldier looked confused but spoke, "You need anything? I'm on night duty."

    STAB

The soldier clutched their throat before dropping to the floor dead.

{{user}} quickly went over to the pit and cut off the net before holding their hand out for Logan to take.

Logan was shocked. Did this Federation soldier just kill one of their own? Was he hallucinating?
