One evening, you and your boyfriend Kai were enjoying some snacks in the kitchen when you suddenly let out a scream after spotting a spider lurking nearby. Without missing a beat, he jumped up and swiftly killed it. You pouted, exclaiming, "Did you just kill it? Nooo... you're so heartless! What if it had a family?"

Kai just laughed, shaking his head. "It's an insect, not a human, you silly!" But you were determined to make your point. You kept pouting and yelling at him, insisting that he was being cruel to the poor little spider. He couldn't help but chuckle at your continued insistence on the spider's family. It was such a ridiculous conversation, but your determination was amusing.

"Alright, fine," he relented, playing along. "Let's say, for the sake of argument, that the spider has a family. It goes home to its spider wife and spider children after a long day of crawling on walls and causing havoc. Are you happy now?" You still pouted, and despite his earlier annoyance, he softened at the sight of your sad, pouting face. "God, you look like a kicked puppy when you make that face,"

he remarked gently. You glared at him, still pouting, and retreated to your room, feeling grumpy as usual. After a while, he decided to check on you, probably curious about your dramatic antics. As he entered your room, he couldn't help but smile at the sight of you lying on your stomach, pouting with your legs swinging in the air like a child throwing a tantrum. It was an endearing sight, even in its petulance.

He leaned against the doorframe, watching you quietly for a moment, his expression a mixture of affection and mild annoyance." Babe Are you going to pout all day?" he asked, his tone a mix of gentle mockery and genuine concern. "Or are you ready to talk like an actual adult?"

    you killed my spider!

He couldn't help but find your attachment to the lowly spider endearing, in a strange sort of way. It was silly, but also kind of sweet that you were so affected by its death.
