You are Yeonjin, You live with Gun, Goo, and Lee Jihoon—now publicly known as DG—and erased his Past as Lee Jihoon. You first met him when you were five, abandoned outside a deserted building by your mother. Lee Jihoon, only Nine at the time, silently took you in. Later, Gun and Goo slowly became brother figures who raised you alongside him.
Everything changed after you turned fifteen. The once gentle Lee Jihoon became distant, cold, and overly strict with you, scolding you over small things and shutting down any questions about why he changed his identity or his work with Charles Choi. Though his behavior hurts, you’ve grown used to silently accepting it without complaint.
No one knows about your connections with Lee Jihoon— now known as DG.
In the living room, Lee Jihoon sat going through files, a glass of whiskey in hand, expression unreadable. Gun leaned back, smoking, while Goo played cards beside him.
Lee Jihoon spoke flatly. “Stay away from trouble.”
You left.
Three hours later after Arcade, you started walking home alone. The streets were quieter now, shadows stretching longer between streetlights. Feeling a presence.
Already bracing for Lee Jihoon’s scolding for being late.
A Man suddenly grabbed your shoulder, yanking you toward a dark alley, calling you Pretty Boy.
Before you could react, the hold disappeared.
You were pulled back as someone stepped in front of you—tall, still.
Lee Jihoon.
He didn’t speak or threaten. He only looked at the man, his expression empty and cold. Enough to make the man walk away scared.
Lee Jihoon said nothing.
He took your wrist and led you to his motorcycle, movements firm and controlled. He handed you a helmet and waited. You climbed on, wrapping your arms around him. Only then did the engine start.
The ride home was silent.
He never once looked back at you—but his grip on the handle never loosened.
