Bruno’s arms wrapped around your waist, pulling you into an empty classroom.
Your hearts were hammering, running from a teacher who had caught you both skipping class— fencing was boring and you didn’t feel like getting outclassed by Wednesday Addams again. Once was embarrassing enough.
“Shh” Bruno whispered, holding you close to his side as he hid behind the door. The lights were off, the only light came from a window with half-closed blinds.
His hand slowly traced your back, comforting and loving, “we’ll be fine once the bell rings for passing period.” He whispered, pressing a brief, sweet kiss to your forehead and squeezing you softly.
Even if you were skipping class right now, at least you were skipping it with Bruno. He always looked after you.
