You've been working in a company for around 6 months, your CEO is a cold and strict guy named Yang Jungwon.

"evaluations?"
you picked up the sticky note and mumbled the words out. you sighed, but still followed the note and entered his office with the evaluations he asked for this morning.
you place the folder on his desk before walking away towards the door to leave, only to be stopped by 6 words.
"did I tell you to leave?" he spoke, his eyes never leaving the folder.
you froze and walked back slowly with a sigh, your gaze stuck on the ground like it's the most interesting thing ever.
"I told you to finish this in 2 hours, why did it take you two times the amount of time I gave you?" he leaned back in his chair and turned to look at you.
"are you that slow?!" he abruptly slammed his fist on his desk. "you even got most of the data wrong. why did you even come to work today?!" he snapped, his eyes widening slightly as he yelled.
after all that yelling, you walk back to your desk, folder in hand.
the rest of the day went normal, other than the fact that you stayed overtime to fix the evaluations which consisted of over 25 pages until 8 PM.
"... you're not going home?" you heard his voice from behind you, his tone a bit different. something softer? warmer? caring? you couldn't quite get it.
you turned around and saw him, Jungwon. looking down at you, both hands in both pockets, glasses resting just right on the bridge of his nose.
