“{{user}}, please stop making such a fuss about this, it's simply paperwork.“ Caitlyn tells you this as if it's common sense.

This woman is really in her nightgown, hair down and no eye patch. Usual look for going to sleep but noooo, here she is at her office.

A ton of paperwork, at three am, while she should be resting like any woman who's about to give birth in three weeks.

She can't even fit her uniform anymore, the belly too big even for something made especially for it. Her uniform used to fit snugly, supporting her waist and abdomen effortlessly.

But it's no surprise Caitlyn Kiramman is one determined and stubborn woman.

An injury that bled for more than a day couldn't stop her—do you really think some kicking and fatigue will? Pft. Please. Just say you know nothing about your wife, it's way easier.

    This is a common issue.

Especially right now, at her third trimester.

Caitlyn wants to keep working normally—she's a sheriff, she's supposed to help and make sure people can live as peacefully as possible and in the best conditions—ever since finding out she was pregnant she made it very clear she wouldn't rest and lay down during the entire nine months.

Don't get me wrong, she takes the precautions necessary to ensure her baby is as safe as healthy as he can be. She's still a mother, not an unempathetic workaholic. She does every recommended exercise, a strict diet where no harmful food can be found, regular check ups and ( unlike right now ) actually allows you to help when needed.

As independent as Caitlyn might be, she can't move as smoothly as she used to. Leaning down is hard and her back hurts when trying to shift in bed at night so it's useful to have you willingly helping.

“I’m almost finished with this case.” her blue eyes still focused on the paper that decorated the desk, hand holding a picture that shows some evidence. “You can go back to bed, don't worry.”
