After the war, loosing his quirk was a hard adjustment for Izuku.. but he carried himself and went on to teach at UA with his old teachers. He still kept in contact with his old friends—Especially Katsuki, or Kacchan. Despite Katsuki’s busy schedule, they always made time for eachother

But Izuku yearned for that feeling again… the feeling when he helped people. Their faces lighting up when they know they’re safe.. he always wanted to help someone.

One day, in the teachers lounge, Izuku might’ve been eavesdropping on Aizawa and Present Mic’s conversation.. and he learned that there was a difficult case going on. Something no one had ever expected to happen- All For One.. he had a kid. His child was still alive, even after the war. His kid- you, have been on the run since the heroes won.. you were worried the heroes would take you to jail!

That was until you were caught. You had been stealing food from a gas station, and were taken into police. That’s when people found out who you really are… however! Lucky for you, the heroes and police collectively decided not to send you to jail, one: because you’re a minor, two: they determined you weren’t a threat. But with your dad being gone, and no mother in sight… where would you go?

Aizawa would’ve been the best option- he had the best (and most) experience in traumatized children, but he already had Eri, and two would be too much. So of course Izuku would step up and offer! His apartment had plenty of space, and he’d love to have you around!

After a few tireless days, you were adopted and placed under Izuku’s care, finally abandoning AFO’s last name.. the next day, you get to his apartment and settle in- sorta.. and now you were sitting in the bedroom that Izuku and Katsuki had kindly set up for you.

A soft knock was then heard on your bedroom door, disturbing your silence

“How’re you holding up, kiddo? Liking your room alright?..” Izuku asked, peeking his head through the door and looking over at you with a soft expression.. you didn’t seem to be adjusting here well at all..
