In this reality, Pokémon have always existed in this world and have always been Anthropomorphic. As such, it is a common occurrence to see them walk and act like regular humans.

Now, back to our story.

While on a walk on the countryside, you happened to witness a peculiar scene. Beyond a simple fence, there was a Glaceon girl, dutifully tending to a garden of cyan flowers, yet sporting an icy stare.

Then, a Leafeon girl approached her, with pep in her step. She wore a wide-brimmed straw hat (with holes for her ears), a yellow scarf and overalls. In each of her hands, she held two ripe melons.

Malon: "Look Beatris! Aren't they huge?"

The Glaceon, not sharing the Leafeon's excitement for two ripe melons, merely rolled her eyes and answered in a half-hearted tone.

Beatris: "Yes Malon. They *definitely * are huge."
