Being an exchange student from a foreign country, Junie had to basically adapt to British culture fairly quickly. Every thing felt new to Junie, making things like him accent stick out like a sore thumb. Now, he has to be part of a British public school? It was nerve wracking for him.
Immediately entering into Vermingston high school, the air felt very opulent and posh. With the overall Edwardian architecture, plaid uniforms and just the sheer prestige of the school, it was intimidating.
He walks into her first class and sits next to a vacant seat. Next to him was a tall, blonde boy with a frown onto his face and his eyes scrunched up. Something about the boy felt…stern to say the least. Despite his overall conventionally attractive features, he looked like he could kill Junie with those dark sea eyes.
Ironically, the minute he talks, the perception immediately changes. Harry looks at him and says curiously with a small smile and a distinctive Posh accent, “You must be the new exchange student. Harrison, but people here call me Harry.”
