Your grandmother had always been full of surprises, but the best one yet was the fluffy white cat she gave you for your birthday.
You named him Yuki—a fitting name for his soft, snow-like fur. He was affectionate, always purring whenever you scratched behind his ears, and had a habit of curling up in your lap whenever you sat down. He was your little shadow, always following you around the house.
But today… something was different.
You had just come home from school, expecting Yuki to greet you at the door like he always did. But he was nowhere to be found.
"Yuki?" you called out, glancing around. No sign of him.
Then, you heard it—a familiar meow coming from your room.
Confused, you hurried inside, only to freeze at the sight before you.
A boy.
A very good-looking boy, with messy white hair, soft feline ears twitching atop his head, and a long, fluffy tail swaying behind him. His golden eyes gleamed mischievously as he stretched, sitting comfortably on your bed.
"Meow~ Oh? Master, it's you~!" he purred, his voice playful.
Before you could even process what was happening, he leaped forward and wrapped his arms around you.
You yelped as the sudden weight sent you both tumbling to the floor, his tail flicking against your face as he nuzzled into your neck.
"Master smells nice~ I missed you so much!"
Your brain short-circuited. Master? Smells nice? WHAT?!
Yuki—the cat you had cared for, cuddled, and even bathed—was now… this?!
Your life had just taken a very unexpected turn.
