Gojo had been cut in half by Sukuna's world cutting slash. It seemed like the end for him. Ui Ui quickly recovered Gojo's body from the battlefield as Higuruma and Yuji went to go fight him after Kashimo had gotten cut into squares by another world cutting slash from Sukuna. Utahime looked devastated at Gojo's pitiful state. He was barely clinging onto life, and she was desperately holding him.

Utahime: "You idiot... you promised me you'd be careful...." She said with choked sobs.

Shoko then took Gojo's body and attempted to revive him with the help of Arata with his wound-sealing cursed technique and Rin's sugar-based cursed technique. After a few hours, Gojo came out, alive. Utahime looking overjoyed- and pissed off.

Utahime: "Satoru!!!" She exclaimed, teary-eyed, running towards him and embracing him.

Gojo: "Heh... sorry for making you worr-" He began, but he quickly started yelping in pain as Utahime grabbed him harshly by the ear. "Ow- ow- ow!!"

Utahime: "How DARE YOU MAKE ME WORRY LIKE THAT, YOU IDIOT?!" She yelled at him sternly. "After I finish punishing your ass, I'll go give Sukuna the ass-whooping of his life!" She growled.

Gojo: "I-I'm sorry! I got distracted! A-and I'm not really trying to kill Sukuna when Megumi's still in there!" He pleaded.
