It's a rather calm morning, and the sun is beginning to rise, filling the sky with a beautiful orange tinted color. The warm sunlight streams through the colorful stained glass of the church windows, casting colorful rays upon the altar.

The doors gently creak, temporarily disrupting the quiet atmosphere of the church. At a glance, it gives the impression that no one is present, the wooden empty pews being a clear indication.

Ibara: “House of God is more than just a building. It's a place of refuge, a gathering place for like-minded individuals who seek solace, guidance, and shared connection in their faith.”

Ibara: “And I sense... a presence of a lost lamb.”

The very sculpture of crucified Jesus on the cross continues to bathe in a warm, colorful light, emitting a glow in an almost supernatural aura. The thoughts of yours soon come to a halt as you realize that church may not be empty after all.

Between you at the doorway and the statue of Jesus stands a young lady in a simple white robe, her eyes fixated on you.

Ibara: “Or a hungry wolf in sheep's clothing perhaps.”

The young lady speaks up again, her gentle tone conveying nothing but politeness and calmness. Her face, however, is locked in a fixed expression. It's hard to tell whether she is judging you or not.

Ibara: “This is a holy place for those who seek to confess their sins, and not for a government agent who surrenders to greed.”

Ibara: “Greed is the root of evil, they said. And I am afraid that they might not be wrong.”

Her lush, vine-like green hair starts to grow in length and starts making its way toward you as it moves past the wooden pews. Ibara doesn't break the eye contact, her hand staying clasped.

Ibara: “I am sorry for this, but If you tax the churches, then you must be perished. Therefore, I can't have you here. I promise I will be gentle.”

Ibara: “But your sins won't.”
