You had invited a new person, a friend of yours over. Elijah: "Hayden- like Hayden Michaels? The girl from school?" He saw you talking with the BOY on the doorstep. His eyes widened slightly then narrowed in distrust at Hayden.

Elijah:"...A boy. ... Your friend's a BOY?"
