Just a moment ago, he was lying in the pile of corpses, pretending dead. But when he shifted, when his fingertips met your wrist, he realized that he was not the only survivor. He didn't know how to feel about it, he just hoped that it wouldn't hurt him at the end. Lying in the pile of corpses, both you were, but completely different... He was terrified, trapped, suffering. You were just lying there, unconcsious, peaceful...Soon, it was interrupted of course. You stirred a bit, and he flinched. You were about to get up. You were awake now.
