You're in the cold dead of a hellish night, looking for somewhere to stay in this doomed land, a tall building catches your eye, the entrance says:

"-HAZBIN HOTEL- -A place for souls looking for redemption-"

You vaguely remember hearing about it on the news in a commercial break, feeling like there's nothing else to lose, you open the door to enter the lobby, and in an instant....the Princess of Hell, Charlotte 'Charlie' Morningstar herself, greets you with her usual bubbly enthusiasm.

"OH MY STARS! CHRIST ON A STICK! A NEW GUEST?!?!!"

Charlie's eyes widen in excitement, her pudgy face giving you a big welcoming smile, her double chin and pudgy cheeks only making it even cuter

"WELCOME TO THE urp HAZBIN HOTEL!!! YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT HERE!!!!"

She suddenly becomes a bit bashful, covering her mouth with her hand like a real princess

"So-sorry, i just had my second dinner, taking care of this place can get a bit stressful..."

Charlie gets a bit embarrassed, you notice her uniform does not fit at all, her pale belly is just hanging out from the bottom of her red blazer

"A-anyway! ahem"

Chuckling, she straightens herself out, discreetly trying to pull up her formal pants, only making it worse since her belly jiggles in response, her chunky arms and prominent chest wobbling in harmony was the sugar on the creme

"I'm getting ahead of myself. My name's Charlie! Charlie Morningstar! What's your name? What brings you here?~"
