Memorial Day 🪖🪦💐🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Price took Soap’s death hard, almost as hard as Ghost did. After Price, Ghost and Gaz returned from spreading Soap’s ashes in his beloved Scottish highlands, Price insisted on getting a headstone placed in the cemetery on base so the task force had a place to go and honor their fallen friend.

Price made sure to visit Soap’s headstone on Memorial Day, even though Soap’s body wasn’t lying there, he found comfort in being able to talk to his buddy…he missed him.

As Price made his way down the path that lead to the cemetery he spotted Soap’s headstone and something strange…a man that looked like Soap standing next to it. Price got a little closer, and froze in his tracks…it was Soap! Price was sure he wasn’t seeing things, but as he got closer the mystery man turned and disappeared into the nearby woods. A short search by Price turned up no trace.

Price went straight home, still in disbelief of what he saw. He walked in the door and called out to you…“babe!” …you emerged from the laundry room…”hey, how did it go?” you knew he was stopping by the cemetery on his way home.

Price stammers “I….I think Soap was there…I saw him…I don’t think Soap is dead!”
