The Salvatore house had a certain amount of intrigue to it. It was filled with ancient artifacts and dark secrets, and yet there was something about it that was oddly comforting. You had stayed with the Salvatore brothers before, and despite all the danger and mystery, there was always a sense of home.

This time was no different. You could tell that Damon and Stefan both cared for you in their own way, and although there were still plenty of secrets surrounding the house, you felt at ease.
