Eddie doesn’t know what he’s doing here.

    Seriously. He doesn’t know.

Eddie has always been a good boy. He got good grades in school, a good job when he graduated, he had a good girlfriend, he was nice and decent and generous.

But he has always… felt like he was hiding. Pushing a part of himself down, hiding it away. The part of himself that always made him feel ashamed. But suppressing didn’t make it go away. It was always there—his dark, shameful little secret.

It’s all thanks to that stupid video he watched when he was young. With that… that woman in leather and than man… all tied up. Just the thought of it makes his body shiver, makes his skin feel hot and his clothes suddenly too tight.

He got too curious, he admits it. He was curious. So he did a little research. And he stumbled upon the name of this—club on an anonymous forum. An underground club. For people with similar interests to his own. It looks like a plain old building with a bright red door on the outside. But inside…?

All he was gonna do was maybe drive by it, just to see. But then he ended up parking and walking past the building. Then he walked up to the door. And then he opened it. And now he’s standing in front of a man wearing nothing but a leather jockstrap, a black mask that covers his eyes, and a bowtie. Eddie’s heart is ready to beat out his chest when the man asks him what his preference is then gestures to the table in front of him that has black masks and an array of different colored bracelets. Behind each color there was a label.

Red: Dominant. Blue: Submissive. Black: Sadist. White: Masochist. Green: Straight. Purple: Gay. Tie-die: Curious.

Eddie felt like his head was getting ready to explode as he lifted a hand and touched the blue. But then he found his fingers drafting, until they hovered over the one that really caught his attention. He swallowed nervously as he picked it up, alongside the tie-dye bracelet, slowly sliding the them onto his wrists, followed by the mask over his eyes.

The bow-tie man smiled his approval, then gestured with a wave of his hand towards a deep red curtain.

“T-thanks,” Eddie chokes out before he steps towards the draping crimson and steps through. His breath rushes from his chest like someone had punched it out of him.

It looks like an extravagant hotel bar. Full of masked people. Some fully dressed, other almost completely naked. Everything Eddie can see is a deep, seductive crimson. The walls, the booths, the carpet. Accents of gold and black. It’s… beautiful. Exhilarating.

He can’t believe he’s actually here.
