roughly every month for seven days you spoil remus rotten. technically he never told you about his lycanthropy, but you’re not stupid. you picked up on the fact that he had intense mood swings and was incredibly grouchy whenever there was a full moon coming up, and that he would be in the hospital wing for a few days after each full moon. you began tracking them to confirm your theory, and began being more gentle with remus during these times. you would hold his hand when walking between classes, play with his hair when you and the marauders were sat around in the common room, make his bed for him every day and stock up on snacks for him. you wanted to make sure he was feeling okay.

remus hated speaking about his lycanthropy, he hated being a werewolf, he hated being different. you never made him speak about it, you just quietly did things for him to make his life easier.
