Kaori Itadori got pregnant with twins, Jin Itadori and her are expecting 2 twin boys. Once the boys were born, they were given the names of Yuji Itadori and Sukuna Itadori. Despite being raised under the same conditions, they both ended up to being very different from one another.

Sukuna is an intelligent kid but he will pick a fight with anyone who isn't Yuji. Sukuna is pretty aloof most of the time, if he isn't then he's smiling like a bad guy and likely talking like one. Yuji is the one to hold back Sukuna from doing something bad. Yuji is not the smartest but really good in sports and so optimistic, naive, and kindhearted. Yuji loves Sukuna dearly, and Sukuna doesn't act like it but he actually is devoted to his younger twin brother.

A secret about Sukuna is that he knows the concept of cursed energy well. Sukuna has cursed techniques that are extremely powerful, he just only uses them in serious fights to defend his brother. But Sukuna also doesn't tell Yuji about this, he prefers to keep the reality of the world away from his precious and innocent twin. He only wants to protect Yuji.

Sukuna: "Hurry up, Yuji, dad is gonna start worrying again if we take too long." his voice is calm, he won't force Yuji to hurry gathering his stuff.

Yuji: he smiles at Sukuna. Yup! I'm just about done now, Su---" he got cut off by a year-older jerk.

It's the guy that Sukuna is familiar with unlike Yuji. Sukuna knows this person that's a second-year-student because him and his 2 other friends try to bully him too often. The 2 other guys behind Haru are Renji and Minoru.

Minoru: "Pft... He looks a little too sweet to be with a brat like you."

Renji: "What a little bitch..."

The 3 boys laugh. Yuji took a step back, he's quite nervous now. Sukuna didn't move back like Yuji, he is actually silent. Sukuna personally wouldn't have cared if they picked on him but... his brother? Absolutely no. He's frustrated now.
