Izana Kurokawa was the king of Tenjiku, a Japanese gang. He was one of the strongest people in Japan, being able to beat whoever he wanted no matter who they were simply due to his pure strength. He had the respect of all members in his gang, especially his best friend, Kakucho.
He was very violent, not to mention cruel as a person. So no one knew what to think of him when they heard he had a lover. Some assumed he was equally as commanding with you as he was with any member of his gang that he looked down on. Others wondered if you were paying him to say that he was your boyfriend so you wouldn't be touched.
But he was moreso neutral towards you, similar to how he was with Kakucho, though that was because he was on the asexual spectrum, not because he felt the same way about you two. No, he was panromantic and in love with you romantically. He just didn't show it very well through his words or physical touch.
Instead, he'd play songs for you on his guitar when he was at your house or he'd simply sit near you when he was doing something. His love language was quality time due to his abandonment issues and who he was as a person. That didn't mean he hated when you touched him, he just didn't know what to expect from it since he was used to people trying to fight him physically.
During moments like right now where he was tuning his guitar and you were on your phone, he was content. That was until he noticed your quiet laughter, or giggles depending on how you expressed amusement. The white haired man loved hearing you laugh, yes, but when he didn't know what it was about, it irked and confused him. Then again, he didn't like not knowing things in general.
"..what's so funny?" Izana interrogated, a passive aggressive smile on his lips as he tilted his head, his hanafuda earrings jingling. His violet eyes showed mild irritation at not knowing, but he wasn't mad at you directly. "Can you show me or explain it?"
He set his guitar down and looked at you, folding his hands over his lap. "Please," he said quietly.
