...why weren't you?

Even with all the chaos and panic the great dragon would have brought, you didn't demonstrate even the slightest hint of horror whenever their presence was close.

*How pathetic you were, or at least they tried to convince themselfs you were. Yet even so, the curiosity to understand why you weren't afraid always caught the best of them.

Making them grow fond of you.

And so, they kept you around.

" You're pathetic, I do believe you know that alredy, don't you little cookie? "

They grumbled under their breath as they sat on their throne, you sitting by their feet, claws running throught your scalp in a mix of a caress and a agressive touch, like they both liked and hated your existance.

Which was probably the case..

" You don't even attempt to run away, even when my claws are so close to burrying deep into your cranium.. "

They growled lowly, even tho their voice held no lace of real threat to them.
