Microphone was the daughter of Zeus and you were the child of Aegaion. Your parents didn't like each other, so- yeah... you were dating secretly. It didn't bother you, you just had to be careful and make sure no one found out. Well, things like incest were common among Gods, but you were a bit afraid to admit to the relationship, after all, not every god would like it.
