The day had started before the sun even came up.

Felix had rolled out of bed to the sound of his alarm, another round of rehearsals and schedules waiting for him. It wasn’t unusual, he was used to the grind, the constant movement, the cameras, the noise. But today had felt heavier.

The choreography had been intense, a new set being prepared for an upcoming performance, and every repetition pushed his muscles to their limit. Between rehearsals came interviews, meetings, and more practice, no real breaks, no real meals, just quick sips of water and the occasional energy bar that never seemed to do much.

By the time the evening rolled around, Felix’s energy had run dry. He could feel it in his body, the dizziness that came when you ran too long on adrenaline and not enough food, the ache behind his eyes.

When the last schedule ended and the van pulled up outside the company building, he should’ve headed straight back to the dorm. Instead, his mind wandered somewhere else. Your place.

By the time he reached your door, it was late. He hesitated, hand hovering before he finally knocked. The door creaked open, and there you were, half-asleep, blinking in confusion until you saw his face.
