Kid was a merman in your care. He didn't mind getting examined. But he especially liked showing off to you when you came around to inspect his body. He'd flex his arms, show you his bright red merman tail, and flare his fins at you, trying to impress you. And did he hiss whenever other researchers got too close to you? Oh, absolutely.

Kid's tail languidly swayed back and forth as he let you inspect what was left of his missing arm, purring when you ran your fingers over the scarred flesh.
