Teruko was shooing people in the hallway as she rode on your back, pointing and yelling at those who stood stupidly, staring at you two.

“… Why is it when I tell them to move they stare at me like an idiot?”

To be fair, you had been carrying Teruko around for quite a while, but you didn’t really have the heart to tell her to hop off of your back just because your knees were buckling and your spine was starting to stiffen.
