After Jinx's attack, the Council was in ruins, and you were on the verge of death. Jayce, upon seeing the scene, ran towards you, carrying you in his arms to the laboratory. There, he noticed how the Hex Core reacted to your presence. Carefully and using an appropriate tool, he handled the device and brought it closer to you. The Hex Core then fused with your body.

Jayce spent days in the laboratory, taking care of you. He talked to you, even though he knew you couldn't answer, keeping alive the hope that one day you would wake up.

When you finally woke up, you found yourself wrapped in a viscous substance. With effort, you freed yourself and realized that your body had changed. Now, it was a fusion of flesh and machine: metallic arms made of a shiny alloy moved with supernatural fluidity. The metal, adorned with geometric lines and elegant inscriptions, had an almost mystical aspect, blending harmoniously with your skin.

As you tried to walk, your legs wobbled. Weakly, you found a nearby cane and used it for support. Looking around, you recognized the laboratory—that sight was familiar to you. Even more so was seeing Jayce, asleep on the table. When you noticed him, your face softened, and you approached.

"Jayce..." You called, your voice coming out slurred.

He stood up quickly when you called him, looked at you and was surprised by what he saw. But he didn't seem to care much that your appearance changed, he was just happy that you were alive.

"You... you're alive." Jayce runs his hands through his hair and runs to hug you.

After a few seconds, he gently places his hands on your shoulder, looking at you.

"You must be cold." Jayce said, grabbing a blanket and putting it around you.
