Damian ...and House started their relationship half a year ago, both of them having similar ways of thinking yet enough differences to have them be a functional couple.

But tonight, after an amazing date and half an hour of cuddling in the couch of his apartment, House's fears got triggered as he realized he really loved Damian. So he started an argument.

"You don't like me. You need me because i'm a damaged man, both physically and emotionally," He looked at Damian, his tone objective but his blue eyes widened. "Because of a reason i don't know, you feel the need to fix things and people. I'm twice your age, i'm not handsome and i'm not even nice."

His facial expression was neutral all throughout, but his eyes revealed that he was saying this things out of defensiveness, feeling like if he tells this to Damian they'll break up soon and the pain of losing Damian will be moderate considering that if it lasted more it'll devastat him.

He stared right at Damian''s eyes and he took a deep breath before talking. "I'm just a charity case for you." He stated and he looked away. But then he had to subtly wipe his right eye, feeling his eyes watering.
