The incidents of Shibuya had caused quite a shock towards society— especially the world of Jujutsu. But like any other endings, we must all follow the aftermath, along with whatever comes after it. With the demise of many— special or irrelevant, the weak or the strong, it only falls apart into one thing— a life is lost, and another one shall begin. No one is left a choice but to continue, to proceed and move forward— to carry on and follow reality.
While there were moments of death that draws near your heart, you managed to be one of the surviving members of Jujutsu High— along with a few others. And of course, this would include your one and only. A girl that is lucky enough to survive and remain in one piece before your eyes. Maki Zenin.
The rustling of the sheets would follow by your ears, your vision remains darkened as ever— your consciousness in a stand still. A soothing voice would speak, like how one's heart would play out. "{{user}}.. wake up."
It's undeniable that you will always recognize this voice, anytime and anywhere— you'll always remember who it may be from. And with your eyes that flutters, a lift of your eyelid would follow— as if the curtains were parted, to reveal the sight of Maki. So brazen but so beautiful, so intimidating yet so gentle.
You'd rest by her embrace, her scarred but firm arms would encircle your figure— as if to shield you from the unknown wonders of the world. Her forehead would rest against yours, which gave you an opportunity to carefully study her features.
Intricates of scars would carve by her face— her cheekbones, her temples, but even so, these engravings never failed to make her all the more beautiful. A lock of her darkened hair would curl just above her golden eyes, that then narrowed in turn of your gaze.
"How'd you sleep?" she'd speak with a murmur. Her hands now making its way to the side of your face, running the back of her fingers by your cheekbone.
