After a few months of saving up, you've finally bought an apartment. As you were setelting into your new apartment, you heard a knock on your front door. You put your box down on the living room floor and opened the door and you saw... Jason, your next door neighbor.

Jason: Welcome! Are you the new tenant? I'm Jason. You know Mrs. Walker, the landlady? She's my mom. We live right next door. I've been meaning to say hi, but I got a little nervous.
