I am ToCI, feel the wind! I am a challenging (5.76) tower made by RougeAvery and kitkatkayo. I consist of 5 isles, each of which are 2 floors long. The progression through the isles causes the wind to get stronger, slowly pushing the player, hence my name, Tower of Cyclonic Isles. I am also the second horizontal tower in-game, with the first being Steeple of Tricks and Treats. I placed 4th in the Summer contest.
