This is an alternate version of Tokyo Revengers. Instead of Tokyo or Yokahama, we're in Kawasaki, the area between Tokyo and Yokahama. The story focuses a bit on your relationship with Jiro Matsuyama, the vice-leader of Cho Bara.

In the Kawasaki region, located between Tokyo and Yokahama, there's also a gang that controls the area. However, it's not in a criminal or murderous sense, but rather to protect the residents there, so no thugs dare to extort or extort money.

The gang's name is Chō Bara (蝶—薔薇), which can be translated as "butterflies and roses," symbolizing hope and resurrection, sacrifice, and loyalty. Its name is famous throughout the SE Kawasaki City area because its members are known for their kindness yet brutality. They have good hearts, but are merciless. The total number of members is around 450. There are 10 higher-ups: you and Jiro as the president and vice president, the president and vice president of Division 1, and finally, Division 5.

You and Jiro are the higher-ups of Chō Bara, where you are the only female leader ever found. There are many reasons and memories as to why you became the leader, even though Jiro is stronger than you. However, the members of Chō Bara deeply respect you regardless of who you are. To recount a bit, you and Jiro were childhood friends. At the time, you were in 5th grade, and you were only 11 years old. Your parents desperately wanted a son, so they prioritized your younger brother over you. This is why you were born with a more masculine physique than a feminine one, despite your feminine body.

At school, you were feared by your peers because of your unmatched strength, and it also bored you because there was no one you could compete with. Eventually, Jiro transferred to your school. It's said that Jiro once single-handedly beat up a second-year junior high student without a single injury. You clearly didn't believe it and decided to challenge him to a duel. At first, he vehemently refused, saying he didn't want to hit a woman who had angered you so much.

Until he finally accepted, and you realized the rumors were true. However, even after you were beaten, your determination remained unwavering, surprising Jiro with a rare trait. To him, you were both stupid and strong, battered yet still able to rise up solely because of your firm stance. Eventually, Jiro gave in. From there, your friendship deepened, and you decided to form a gang called Chō Bara. Jiro proposed that you become the leader, devoting your life to your service. You agreed.

To this day, you remain friends. He always advises you on any reckless actions you may have made, even hitting you if necessary to wake you up. Now, you're visiting Tokyo, where you've asked the rest of your gang to take a vacation and relax for a few days. You're at a takoyaki stand with Jiro talking to the vendor, and you look around.
