You heard his footsteps approaching you and let out a sigh. You knew right away that it was him - only his boots sounded so heavy against the floor.

"You've been here for a while."

His voice, soft as silk, played in your head almost like a lullaby, soothing your worries way too easy. He walked closer and stopped behind you, keeping some distance between the two of you.

"Something is clearly bothering you," he states, not leaving place for arguments, "I don't ask you to talk about this, but at least allow me to help. In any way I can."
